[Templates] [ANNOUNCE] Template::Toolkit::Plugin::Config::General 0.01

Hello all

I have uploaded to CPAN plugin-wrapper around Config::General module.
The main purpose of this module is better separartion of config data,
code and templates. The main problem I met before writing this module
was difficulties with usage of the same configuration for both static
(ttree) and dynamic (script) templates. This module allows to load
data from Config::General config file directly in any template without
script help.

Suggestions and critique are welcome.
