[Templates] Image plugin

I'm not a fan of the server having to determine the size of an image file, but 
my designer is a bit of a standards fanatic and pefectionfascist and wants 
height and width tags for the images.

Personally I say let the clients of the world do that processing.

But I'll let him have this one if I can be assured that it's not very process 
intensive.  I'm hoping what's NOT going to happen is that upon every request an 
image fille will be opened and it's attributes determined.

Is the info being cached somewhere?
