Yes, I stripped all Template::Plugin::* dists as I thought they are very
unlikly to be an CMS.

Note the "AND dist.dist not like 'Template-Plugin%'" part of the SQL query I
used.

If you want the full list, I can post it here or send it to you. Or you grab
the sqlite.db and play with it on your own...
