[Templates] Assigning to a list

Can you assign to a list in a template? I tried
everyway i can imagine. I want to get the key and
value from the each function.

I tried :

[k v ] = hashref.each;
(k v)  = hashref.each;
(k , v)= hashref.each;
k, v = hashref.each;
