[Templates] DEFAULT config option

Has anyone ever patched Template::Provider to stash the name of the
orginially-requested-but-not-found template when falling back to the one
specified in the DEFAULT configuration option? I'd like my default page
to be know which file was requested but missing. I'd also like not to
have to write the patch myself, if someone's already done it...
