[Templates] Never mind -- brain fart here

Ignore my previous message about XML::XPath and $path wildcards.  The 
spheres of obfuscation had aligned themselves with my location.

A mysterious transformation of a '//' ot a '/' ; somehow renaming an open 
file on a Win2K server ; and the wrong delimiters used with qw of an XML 
document.

Is it friday yet?
