I noticed that when i had some tabs with two words and others with just one, that making the browser window small would make shorter tabs float, while the long ones stayed anchored. I didn't think that looked too good. I saw that there was a valign parameter to the tabset template, but I think it was for a different purpose, than i was envisioning. This patch fixes the problem. Sorry I don't have a publically viewable web page to demo, but to recreate the problem just make a tabsbox with at least one entry with two words and resize the browser until that tab word wraps to two lines, while leaving the rest of the tabs only one.
