I have a table which has only an ID, and everything else is handled in
has-many relationships to it. To add a new item, I'd been doing this:

    Foo->create({});

This works fine on MySQL, but bombs out on SQLite, because "INSERT INTO foo ()
VALUES ()" is arguably not great SQL. I've hacked around it by adding a dummy
column, but is this something that should and can be fixed in CDBI?

among such languages in that it lets you use safe words.
