Sure. My point was simply that DBD::SQLite does have "special status"
because it's used in the tests, so many people would have installed it,
so adding a warning is justified.

Many people would have installed DBD::SQLite just for the Class::DBI
tests (though some would have then gone on to use it themselves).
They're unlikely to have upgraded and so need to be told why the
tests they're about to run are going to fail.
