Test::Class::DBI sounds plausible. Or Class::DBI::Test::XXX (I'd prefer
an extra level there - so Class::DBI::Test::Schema rather than
Class::DBI::SchemaTester, for example)

The modules sound good though. I look forward to seeing them.
