EntityRelationshipDiagram and its Perl code

Does anyone already have Perl code which represents the tables, columns and
relationships in the example database from
http://www.class-dbi.com/cgi-bin/wiki/index.cgi?ERD ?

This is supposed to be what "everyone will use for their example code" so I'm
assuming I don't have to write that example code from scratch. :)

If not, I guess I'm going to have to do it myself. Can whoever drew up the ERD
tell me if the artist-person and artist-band relationship is supposed to be
IS-A?
