RE: Apache::Resource needs to be released seperately to the CPAN

I wish I had a solution, 

Cpan is a mess and mod_perl tries to handle it properly
It would be great if everyone had a handle on xml namespaces

And used this as a way of organizing the cpan directories

Unfortunatley I don't think anyone here has the clout
