As a long time list member I have to interject.. I have restored two S1s =
and the looms from Autosparks are perfect. The usual kit is the 1)engine =
loom, 2)front headlamps, 3)Horn/dip/battery and 4)out to the =
D-lamps/trailer. They have several versions of braiding as to your =
needs. On the phone, they please every request. By email they are within =
24 hour response. They are several S1 Club Supplier lists. Have no =
worries about this source. Whomever you buy from, be happy and keep =
rovering. It is the best.

I think Autosparks is the original equipment supplier, and as such =
would be the best source. I got mine from British wiring Service who is =
their US distributor. Beautiful product.

They will also customize a loom for you, Indicators, trailer socket =
etc.

I am thinking of making my own looms as mine are fairly in-tact. I =
was planning on removing the existing looms and pinning them to a table =
and making the new loom right beside it.
