This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C46CE5.8255FB00 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Hi everybody, while dismantling a 1600 cc Solex of my 80” of ’51, I have noticed that , despite carrying the same part number as for the 2000 cc carburettor, the “special bolt for union” (LR part nr. 260167 ) that fits into the “banjo union” on the top cover of the carburettor, was an iron bolt (not copper as it normally is ), shorter than usual and slightly smaller in diameter and with just 1 hole in its body (instead of 2 as usual); also the “banjo union” had a rounder shape, rather than the truncated cone shape I have always seen ; the “filter gauze” was also missing. Any ideas ? Many thanks carlo ------=_NextPart_000_0003_01C46CE5.8255FB00 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <html xmlns:o=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" = xmlns:w=3D"urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" = xmlns=3D"http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> <head> <meta http-equiv=3DContent-Type content=3D"text/html; = charset=3Diso-8859-1"> <meta name=3DProgId content=3DWord.Document> <meta name=3DGenerator content=3D"Microsoft Word 9"> <meta name=3DOriginator content=3D"Microsoft Word 9"> <link rel=3DFile-List href=3D"cid:filelist.xml@xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx"> <!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:DoNotRelyOnCSS/> </o:OfficeDocumentSettings> </xml><![endif]--><!--[if gte mso 9]><xml> <w:WordDocument> <w:View>Normal</w:View> <w:Zoom>0</w:Zoom> <w:DocumentKind>DocumentEmail</w:DocumentKind> <w:HyphenationZone>14</w:HyphenationZone> <w:EnvelopeVis/> </w:WordDocument> </xml><![endif]--> <style> <!-- /* Style Definitions */ p.MsoNormal, li.MsoNormal, div.MsoNormal {mso-style-parent:""; margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";} p.MsoAutoSig, li.MsoAutoSig, div.MsoAutoSig {margin:0cm; margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:12.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";} span.StileMessaggioDiPostaElettronica15 {mso-style-type:personal-compose; mso-ansi-font-size:10.0pt; mso-ascii-font-family:Arial; mso-hansi-font-family:Arial; mso-bidi-font-family:Arial; color:black;} @page Section1 {size:595.3pt 841.9pt; margin:70.85pt 2.0cm 2.0cm 2.0cm; mso-header-margin:35.4pt; mso-footer-margin:35.4pt; mso-paper-source:0;} div.Section1 {page:Section1;} --> </style> </head> <body lang=3DIT style=3D'tab-interval:35.4pt'> <div class=3DSection1> <p class=3DMsoNormal><span = class=3DStileMessaggioDiPostaElettronica15><font size=3D2 color=3Dblack face=3DArial><span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Arial'>Hi everybody,<o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p> <p class=3DMsoNormal><span = class=3DStileMessaggioDiPostaElettronica15><font size=3D2 color=3Dblack face=3DArial><span = style=3D'font-size:10.0pt;mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt; font-family:Arial'>while dismantling a 1600 cc Solex of my 80” of = ’51, I have noticed that , despite carrying the same part number as for the 2000 cc carburettor, the “special bolt for union” (LR part nr. = 260167 ) that fits into the “banjo union” on the top cover of the carburettor, was = an iron bolt (not copper as it normally is ), shorter than usual and slightly smaller in = diameter and with just 1 hole in its body (instead of 2 as usual); also the = “banjo union” had a rounder shape, rather than the truncated cone shape I have always = seen ; the “filter gauze” was also missing.
