Crinkle finish paint is available for Frosts, I believe. I am repainting
some wiper motors myself. It requires about  25 C ambient air temperature to
'go off' properly and produce the crinkle effect. Unfortunately I may have
missed the opportunity this week! The vapour is very heavy with a lot of
drift from the spray.
The can says, VHT Wrinkle Plus coating [SP-201 Black] It appears to be
imported from the USA and I am pretty certain that I got it from Frosts.
