Marco,

Thanks for the info but I am sorry to say that it does not agree with my
1950 Lucas catalogue. In that there are CW1s listed with 95,100,110,120,130
and 150 degree wipes.
CWX is listed as 130 degrees only (as you say).

CW1 and CWX with 130 degree wipes are both listed as bottom of screen fixing
and the others (CW1 95,100,110,120 and 150 degree) as top of screen.

The same brushes and case spares fit both, there is no obvious pattern of
what vehicles are fitted with each model except that the CWX seems to be
fitted more to later vehicles. Also the CWX was available as factory
exchange and the CW1 was not.

Any other ideas? Anyone?

Nick

Hi Nick The difference between the CWX and CW1 wipers is the arc of swipe

The CWX is 130 degrees, and the CW1 is 150 degrees. The correct one for

Land Rovers is the CW1, although the CWX ones can be used no problem.
Cheers Marco
