Both changed early in the 1950 model year.

Chassis at 06103841 
Freewheel with Ringpull at 06104014

Then freewheel with yellow knob until 16102313

06100000 is 1950 production year.
16100000 is 1951 production year. 

This is about 4000 vehicles into the production year.
