Arrghh, maybe itīs my english but You all misunderstood my question.

Paddocks is not the problem, Iīve ordered a lot of things from there without any problems with the order, the material , the paying process or the delivery. No reason for me to be angry with them.

The problem is, orginal partnumber for S1 springs is 238207 for front driverīs and 238208 for front passengerīs side. This must be the normal 10 leaves, 63,5mm (2 1/2 ")wide 921mm(36 1/4" )lenght in flat and static load 277kg for driverīs and 230kg for passengerīs side.

Can I use the swb petrol leafsprings 9 leaves with the partnumbers 241238 for right and 242863 for left as Paddocks offers on there Series Suspension side?

http://www.paddockspares.com/shop/pages/series/suspension.htm

I guess that must be a S2 or S2a partnumber, are these springs too soft/hard ? Too long? Too wide? Can I use these springs for my S1 86" 1955 RHD petrol ? Can I use these springs with the orginal S1 shackles and bolts or do I need another shackle lenght and longer bolts?

Thatīs my problem, because the next springs they offer are the 11 leaves and maybe these are too hard and so I will have the kangaroo-effect while driving, I think! But maybe I also can be wrong !

Thanks and hope, You understand these sentences better.
