Having started with a 72 Series 3 many years ago, then added a 60 Series 2, 
it seemed logical to add a Series 1 to my family. Its a 1955 86 inch. My 
question is regarding history. It is a 55 shown by chassis number. The V5 
says first registered in 1985, but declared manufactured in 1955. At some 
point it lost its original registration, and now has the replacement  TSV... 
I have the certificate from LR, and from Gaydon which both  confirm the 
above with dispatch dates to a defunct dealer in Shrewsbury. I have DVLC 
history but only from 1985.  Without its correct registration number, how do 
I get those first twenty years of history please.
