Choose a random tooth on the crown-wheel, and mark it in relation to a 
mark on the casing (I use two chalk-marks.

How count the number of turns of the input flange to get one complete 
turn of the crown-wheel. There is a correct number of teeth too - but I 
can't remember what it is....
