That's a new one on me but it might have whiskers on it in the medical 
community.  I recall a military situation briefing being given by a 
member of our Marine Corps.  He said their basic infantry tactic was to 
move troops up to the "MOGA"  When someone asked what this new military 
term was he said that's where Most Of the Guys Are.  When the majority 
of your mob has only a two position toggle switch it's important to 
keep it simple
