Hi Tom and Tom,

I've still got the dried out rubber from the original 86" application, 
which almost hits the top of the screen on the 80".  For the near term 
I'll probably leave the old rubber and fit a piece of foam into the gap.

Then again, I may just enjoy the breeze through the gap.  Thanks.
