Another source is www.biblion.com which is a portal of substantional number
of booksellers. I bought my copy through this site. 

Currently there seems to be one copy available for purchase, offered by
Global Village Books (http://www.globalvillagebooks.com/) in Australia. The
price asked is Australian $ 14,00 or US$ 10,25 (plus shipping).
