I went on that trip with the series 1s last year,well worth doing.
The most important thing is being prepared .
There is a wealth of information available books ,maps etc. what type of
info do you need and when are you thinking of doing it?

Folks,

Can any of you pass me on information about driving the Canning Stock
Trail?
It's a number of years since I first read about the Canning and the men
who drove the cutting through the bush: since then I have harboured the
notion of driving it.  I spent a month in WA in 2003 and passed through
Wiluna but wasn't set up to do anything other than (slowly) drive newly
graded roads.
Am I right in thinking that a number of S1 owners drove this route in
the not too distant past?
