Diana, Bob, David, Charlie & Tony - ta for all the links and comments!

At present I am only just beginning to look at the logistics of the trip
and as yet haven't even considered a date. I guess the ideal situation
would be for me to tag along as part of a larger group driving the
Route. With my current commitments any sort of trip is going to be at
least a year away. Spending a month in WA in '03 has given me the
inclination to spend a bit more time in Aus as a whole so my idea of
driving the Canning could well morph into a larger trip. I wonder how
my employers would react if I requested a career break.....
The links that you guys have passed on will give me a start and when I
have a better idea of the sort of info I need I can start to pester you
all! ;o)
Google have a nice map site that allows you to view satellite images of
the earth - my father's mate in Perth was able to see the cars on his
driveway and I have used it to revisit some of the spots I visited in
WA: might just have to use it to view the Canning!

Cheers everyone,
