uppity!  We Brits would like to remind the world that WE thought of
Kensington first!*

(Reminds me of continuing mild aggro here in the UK from Richmond in
Yorkshire, which lays claim to being the
first-from-which-the-other-86-worldwide-got-their-name.  However, most
UK residents think 'Richmond' means the upstart alongside the Thames.)
