[% INCLUDE %] all over the place you might get a performance gain by 
changing them to [% PROCESS %].  If you have a lot of variables and a 
lot of [% INCLUDE %] statements a large amount of time can be consumed 
copying variable names.  If you do change to [% PROCESS %] be sure to 
test for variable stomping, because any processed template may overwrite 
previously set variables.
