[Templates] Installing 2

Hi,

I have tried installing Template Toolkit using ppm after adding some more
repositories and I have got another error:

ppm> search Template
...
102. Template-Toolkit      [2.14] a fast, flexible and extensible template
p~
...
ppm>
ppm>install 102
No suitable target found for Template-Toolkit.
ppm>
ppm> install Template
PPM::PPD::init: not a PPD and not a file:
C:\Documents and Settings\teddy>

(and here ppm crashed)

Does anyone know a good sourse for installing Template-Toolkit under
Windows?
I don't want to use it under Windows, but I need to learn it first and it
would be more easy than under Unix.
