That error usually means ppm found a package, but it didn't
correspond to your platform (often because you're using
ActivePerl 8xx, and are searching in a 6xx repository, or
vice-versa). We have a ppm package on our site - try adding,
within the ppm shell, either
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/cgi-bin/ppmserver?urn:/PPMServer58
for ActivePerl 8xx (perl-5.8.x), or
http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/cgi-bin/ppmserver?urn:/PPMServer
for ActivePerl 6xx (perl-5.6.x), and then
ppm> install Template-Toolkit
This will also offer to install for you, via a post-install
script, some tt2 add-ons.
