I would say it seems that the maintainer of Class::DBI::Loader has
vanished. There are outstanding patch requests dating back to May '04
and my recent patches have also gone ignored.

I've had a couple of requests for my patches to allow CDBI::Loader to
operate with views; any thoughts on a way forward here? I'm not familiar
with CPAN rules around ghostly maintainers.

I get the impression from this thread SQL::Translator might be a better
long term option but certainly right now there could be some useful
mileage for existing CDBI::Loader installs (e.g. Maypole) to have
it patched.
