Agreed. After all, HTML::Mason works with whatever. It works BETTER with 
mod_perl but you can make it work with CGI if you insist.

CDBI::Factory should be generating HTML and forms and handling the 
response but I guess that last bit is is the crux of the matter: how do 
you get the response to process.
