We recently created a combobox from javascript and integrated it into
our form framework. The original code came from the php site's search
field. We enhanced it and made it more generic. It is currently a
standalone js libarary on our site while we deal with licensing issues.

We also have a color-picker and a date-picker and a few others we have
been working on. But they are not really stanadone. I'd like them to
be but we would have to spend the time to break them out and document
them. They are sorta buried inside of this project ( a perl object that
holds a web page and has some form procesing capabilities)
