Actually that is the problem, your subselect is returning more than 1 
row but you are using an "="

 > indrelid=(
 > SELECT oid FROM pg_catalog.pg_class
 > WHERE relname = ?)

make it look like:

indrelid in (
SELECT oid FROM pg_catalog.pg_class
WHERE relname = ?)
