Subject: SER1 One Wire Alternator Conversion

I am new here on vintage electrical systems. I have not got my 50 LR home yet. Is the 1950 LR a positive or negative ground? Can you still hook up a one-wire alternator instead of the generator on it if it is a positive ground?
