Been thinking about this brochure whilst walking the dog in the pouring
Yorkshire rain.  Clearly they wouldn't be designing a brochure until there
was a 'signed off' product to promote... which wouldn't have been a
centre-steer prototype.  So the artist based the drawings on a
pre-production prototype (?) - but 'fudged' the steering position so that
the brochure would be vaguely acceptable in all territories, not expecting
that over a quarter of a century later a group of international enthusiasts
would be dissecting it minutely.
