Rather than grants, why not tool up and produce some of the
more difficult to get or expensive parts and make them available
at low cost online direct to registered owners?  What would be
more supportive of a marque than knowing you can get parts and
literature?  (Probably some entrepreneurial spirit will have the
Chinese making parts for us - after all, most things these days
come from China, India, or Brazil  ;-)
