HI Mathew and All,
No issues here in my state or the surrounding states, except NY. They used  
to ( haven't lived there for a long time) make you take a road test to see of  
you could drive RHD.  Primarily for mail carriers, etc.  To legally  operate 
RHD you have to have your license marked as such.  But as far as  owning and 
driving RHD, I am not aware of the problem Riaan faces.  
That is a tough spot, not an easy conversion, no spares to work with and a  
prohibitive cost for new replacement chassis from the UK.  In some ways, it  is 
surprising that a LHD Rover is there in the first place, but I am sure there  
is a story behind it.
Was trying to make light with humor about us wanting your Rover, LHD 80"  
aren't too common here in the US.
