SER1 GL-1 Gear Oil - again!

Here's an old one back again - but it reared its head on LRO, so my apologies
to those on both lists.

I just ordered a 20 litre pail of Shell Dentax gear oil, Product Code 43600530.
The 436005 part specifies the oil, the 30 at the end is the drum size.

This is an automotive mineral gear oil, API Service GL-1.  One of the listed
applications is 'bronze gears both automotive and industrial'.

Sounds a bit closer to the original for my '50 80 in. than the Castrol 20W50
engine oil that's in there now.

The Dentax 80W90 is readily available in Canada.  It also comes in 140, but
my steering box doesn't leak enough to justify buying 20 litres.
