It would seem that most of you missed the sodbury sortout bargain, the 80"
chassis that I had, as it never sold!!
I did however sell quite a bit and bought quite a bit so all in all a good
day, got an early gearbox no 862159, and some dashes, manifolds, oil baths
with pre-cleaners, an original new old stock early 80" rear body half, which
may come in handy etc etc best bit was most of the stuff I bought came from
2 stalls that were opposite each other.
Did quite a good trade in new old stock Lucas mirrors and the rear body
guard rails so all in all a good day I think

Hi all,

Did anyone else in the UK go to the Sodbury Sortout ? Anyone get any
good bargains they want to make us envious about.

For myself I bought a 1955 wheel rim with a nearly new 600x16 dunlop on
it for £4 and a very straight 1952/3 (2ltr 80") door top for  £10

Saw several nice Ones with their tops down which made me wish mine was
on the road.
