I've used a sparing amount of graphite, just need to make a shim to =
take out the endfloat now and hopefully reliable starting will be =

The sleeve in mine has been held together with epoxy for over a year - =
the rubber was rotating
in the steel sleeve.
I have been advised to use no grease or oil on the bendix; if you want =
to lubricate it use dry graphite.
