Replacement is not too difficult, ideally the frame has to come off the
body. An auto glass supplier will cut a piece for you and you will need some
rubber gasket that can be obtained from Land Rover for the series vehicles.
I had a piece of laminated cut for my side that was broken when the screen
fell over in the garage as my daughter opened the garage door. ISTR it cost
about ?20.
Complete screens do occasionally turn up on eBay, often with one or even two
windscreen motors attached, this would be my preferred option but you have
to be lucky with location as they are rather expensive to post!
I also used some sealant when refitting to add to the waterproofing of the
rubber seals.
