Karen et al,
I recollect the notice they put in the magazine stating that they would
no longer mail to North America and that it had something to do with
insurance.  Have you contacted the Club shop or written to Legend and
asked if they would accept some kind of waiver to post items to you?
Perhaps if they get enough letters on this issue they will reconsider
the position? Certainly it is an issue that you as a member(s) could put
to the club committee on a formal basis.
