Graeme,
I had always noted the lack of any articles about Series 1 ownership in
Northern Ireland and the fact there were never any Series 1 Club meets
over here. Last year I thought I would post an invite for Club
members/readers of Legend to come along to a local vintage rally.
Unfortunately no Series 1s turned up (a few Series 1 owners did contact
me at the time but had other commitments on the date of the rally) so I
had nothing to write about :o( Since I intend to complete the
restoration of my 88" Series 1 in the not too distant future I hope to
draft a few lines about it and send it to Warren along with a few
pictures, the pictures might just appear on Series1 Garage site too.
'Legend' is what the readers make of it and in that sense it is very
much like the Series 1 Garage!=20
