I think Land Rover could get back into the austrlian market if they do
these things:

1: Use that nice TDV6 in the Defender
2: Keep the price the same as Toyota LandCruisers or less
3: Bigger fuel tank and Duel Tank option
4: And anything the toyota has the land rover needs it too

If they do those things they might get some australian buyers but a BIG
advertising campaign out west.

Now the next thing i downloaded a Land Rover Series 1 1948-53 parts manual
from someone who emailed it on here. But it only contains 90 pages where
are the other 90.

doesn't 
care that it's products are about 10% to 20% more expensive than
it's 
EQUIVALENT competitors products. They haven't cared about that since 
the late 1960's and that is the main reason that Australia, Africa and
Asia are now the domain of the Japanese four wheel drive. If it hadn't
been for the UN and other military fleet purchases, Land Rover 
wouldn't exit today - they would have gone broke in the 1970's or 
1980's. Just my opinion - having been around during those periods.
