It might be easier to just say "NO" -- Reagan tried it with drugs :})
, but has anyone ever thought of how much trouble it would be to sue a
club from the USA? Who would have jurisdiction? Who would travel to
GB just to get compensation for a broken badge? I truly think this is
a non issue.
