RE: SER1 Nice truck

I was e-mailing the seller about that 86" with the 2L Diesel - I was
tempted, solely by the Diesel engine, it would be nice to have a running
spare!!

He bought the LR in the state you see it in the pictures from a friend
who had 'found the LR and then left it with a garage to have the chassis
painted and get it back on the road.  When he went to see how work was
progressing, he discovered the garage had lifted the body off and then
left the whole lot sitting outside - hence the algae and surface rust!!

The seller also had a spare 2 L petrol to go with the LR should the
buyer wish to go back to original spec. 

Might just have to go visit Southern Land Rover when I eventually get
back to WA...
