Thankyou everyone who has replied to this - it doesn't appear as difficult
as I thought it would be!
I am making a list of all the answers, and when I do the conversion will
try to take lots of photos and notes so that I can write an article about
it.
My next questions concern air cleaners and carbs...
As there is not much room under the bonnet, does anyone know what the shortest
carb is on a 2.25.  I'm not bothered about differences in power/economy because
I run 99% on LPG anyway, but need room to fit the metal elbow with mixer
on top of the carb.  Do I need to fit the spacer block on the manifold?
The air cleaner looks as if it should fit, does anyone know different?
