Come on man! Think Global! :-) Have you looked at what geocoder.us can 
do? It's pretty slick. I don't know what the equivalent of the Census 
Bureau would be in the UK, or if that level of data is collected. But 
it's certainly one of the things I don't mind my tax dollars going towards.
