FWIW, I had a look at doing something like this but got really put off by the
copyright restrictions on postcode data. I couldn't find a way of *legally*
linking postcode to long/lat, or indeed anything else. Which is why I'm rather
glad someone else has done it and has to worry about the IP issues instead of
me. ;)
