I know it's just nit picky, but maybe
Class::DBI::Loader::AutoRelationship::Pg. That way other database 
specific modules can be in the same namespace...
   Class::DBI::Loader::AutoRelationship::Oracle
   Class::DBI::Loader::AutoRelationship::MySQL, etc
